How It Works

Submit Your Referral
Introduce us to a property owner, public agency, vineyard, golf course, or organization that could benefit from our services.
Send their contact information (and your name) to info@signaturetreesolutions.com, or use our online referral form at signaturetreesolutions.com/referrals.
We Qualify and Close the Project
Our team will handle outreach, project scoping, and proposal development. If your referral results in a signed contract and completed project, your referral will officially qualify for a reward.
You Get Rewarded
Once the referred project closes and payment is received, you’ll receive one of the following:
- Projects under $100,000: Up to $1,000 Invoice credit or direct payment.
- Projects over $100,000: Up to $2,500 invoice credit or direct payment.
- Projects over $500,000: Up to $5,000 invoice credit or direct payment.
- Projects exceeding $1,000,000: Custom partnership rewards available.

Ways to Refer

You can share your connection in several ways:

Direct Introductions: Connect us with your referral via email or meeting introduction.
Professional Referrals: Share our information with landowners, public agencies, or contractors you collaborate with.
On-Site Visibility: Allow us to display professional signage at completed project sites to promote wildfire risk reduction awareness.
Digital & Print Promotion: Mention our services on your company website, social media, or newsletters and tag @SignatureTreeSolutions.

Program Terms & Legal Notes

Eligibility: Open to past clients, business partners, and approved vendors.

Qualified Referral: Must be a new client who has not previously contacted or received a proposal from Signature Tree Solutions.
Government Exclusion: Employees of public agencies, utilities, or governmental entities are not eligible for rewards in compliance with state and federal procurement ethics laws.
Tax Responsibility: Referral rewards may be considered taxable income; participants are responsible for reporting per IRS guidelines.
Program Changes: Signature Tree Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
All referrals must be verified and confirmed by the referred party (“Referee”) prior to the execution of any contract or service agreement. Signature Tree Solutions reserves the right to contact the Referee directly to confirm the referral. No referral reward or compensation shall be earned, due, or payable unless and until such confirmation has been obtained and verified by Signature Tree Solutions, and a valid contract has been executed thereafter.
